"War Torn" - Nicole Atkins on The Late Show with David Letterman 01.09.2015 [YouTube Official Video]

Last night on the Late Show with David Letterman, indie songstress Nicole Atkins came on to perform "War Torn," a cut from her most recent release, Slow Phaser Live at the Masonic Temple Detroit. Watch her passionate performance above.

Dressed in a flowing, black and white dress, Nicole's dreamy vocals are backed with guitar and relaxed drumming. "War Torn" slowly builds into an eruption of screeching guitar and haunting vocals before settling back into a soft, heartbreaking end. An impressed Letterman greets the band and says, "If you're not gonna do this, don't bother doing it, you understand what I'm saying? That was fantastic!"
