UK artists Massive Attack have shared a strange music video for "Voodoo In My Blood," a track from the band's 2016 EP, Ritual Spirit. Watch it above.
Starring actress Rosamund Pike, of An Education and Gone Girl, the clip takes place in the Joe Strummer subway station in London, named after the legendary leader of The Clash. Massive Attack shared a quote from Rosamund on their Instagram:
Am I involved?... Someone said the girl in the video looks like me. I have been to the Joe Strummer subway. I did have a strange encounter there once.
I saw the last night Massive Attack played Brixton Academy on Feb 5th. Their music always transports you somewhere. "Voodoo in my Blood" was electric. Like a seismic war dance.
Things get interesting when a mysterious flying orb enters the scene. What happens next is a bit unsettling, but the choreography is strangely beautiful and adds a mysterious element to the song.
