The Weeknd has shared a short film called MANIA that includes tracks from his upcoming album, Starboy. Watch it above, courtesy of the musician's YouTube.

The 12 minute video features audio snippets of six songs from Starboy: "All I Know," "Sidewalks," "Secrets," "Die For You," "Party Monster," and "I Feel It Coming." A few of these songs have already been released as singles, while this is the first time many people will hear any of these songs.

Visually, MANIA has a good amount of eye candy and fits with The Weeknd's carefully crafted persona as a bad boy living the lifestyle of a star. Things open with a black panther and then the singer driving an expensive car on his way to a fashionable dance club. SPOILER ALERT: Things take a twist as romance with model Anais Mali leads to a violent encounter with lots of blood.

MANIA isn't as creative as the shoot-em-up music video for "False Alarm" but it's still a worthwhile piece of art that should help raise the anticipation for the full album, which is due out this Friday (November 25, 2016).

Pick up Starboy on Amazon. Other singles he has shared in advance of the LP release are "I Feel It Coming," "Party Monster," and "False Alarm."
