A second single from the Grateful Dead's legendary May 8, 1977 concert has been shared. Listen to the band perform an uptempo version of Martha & The Vandellas' 1964 hit "Dancing In The Street" above, via SoundCloud.

At over 16 minutes long, the band lets loose their jam muscles for this performance. The vocals are crisp, Jerry Garcia's solo midway through is sublime, and the dance beat never lets up.

The song and concert will be part of an 11 CD collection titled Get Shown The Light through Rhino Records. The package will contain four complete shows from the band's Terrapin Station Tour in May of 1977 (5/5/77, 5/7/77, 5/8/77, and 5/9/77). Pick it up at the Grateful Dead official website.

Last month, the band shared a fiery version of "Morning Dew" from that same legendary 5-8-77 show. Was it the best Grateful Dead performance of all time?
