Despite disbanding LCD Soundsystem in 2011, James Murphy has found no shortage of projects to keep him busy; from working in the studio with Arcade Fire to working on opening a store in Brooklyn that "sells stuff". But it's not all DJing, jet-setting and producing for Murphy, as he filed a lawsuit against his former partner, Tim Goldsworthy in Manhattan on Monday morning, claiming breach of contract relating to Goldsworthy's move back to the UK in 2010. The suit states that "attempts to resolve this matter amicably were rebuffed" and that DFA is owed about $93,000. As far as Goldworthy is concerned however, he and Murphy stand on similar footing stating that "I haven't left. If that was the case then, well, Murphy's never there cause he's always touring or in the studio, so that would be he left, I don't know, nine years ago or something?"
