After his arrest last year and subsequent manslaughter trial, Randy Blythe, singer for the metal band Lamb of God, has announced he as been acquitted of all charges. On March 5th, he posted the above photo of himself to his Instagram account with the caption: "I have been found not guilty & acquitted of all charges against me. I am a free man. This photo was taken by my friend @aceyslade - it says it all. Please remember the family of Daniel Nosek in your thoughts & prayers in this difficult time. I only wish for them peace. Thank you for your support- Randy"

Before his bail on August 3rd, Blythe spent 38 days in jail. The singer was arrested in Prague last June for an incident that occurred at a show on May 24th 2010. He was charged with manslaughter after allegedly pushing 19 year old Daniel Nosek off of the stage, who suffered head injuries from the fall and subsequently died.

According to a report by the BBC, though, a judge in the Czech Republic has ruled that his actions did not constitute a crime. Prosecutors have reportedly lodged an appeal.

The singer maintained his innocence throughout the proceedings, but could have faced up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
