Black Keys singer Dan Auerbach is currently in the middle of a very, very messy divorce. As is the case with most divorces, Auerbach and his soon-to-be ex-wife Stephanie Gonis are deciding who gets what. When rich, famous people get divorced, sometimes the public gets to see very weird things being fought over.
Gonis has already been awarded $5 million, the couple's 2012 Toyota Highlander (which isn't exactly a rock star's car), and one of the family homes. What is catching people's attention though, is that Auerbach seems to have agreed, though most likely not peacefully, to separate with a lock of Bob Dylan's hair.
There is no mention of how he obtained the hair in the first place, or how much hair it is. There is no word about how it kept either, such as if it is in a box, locket, tied with a ribbon or a bow, or if Auerbach just kept it in his pocket sometimes. Owning someone's hair can, sometimes, come off as weird.
Bob Dylan has not commented on the situation.
