"Bookfiend" - MF Doom X Clams Casino [YouTube Audio]

DOOM is back. The ever-mysterious MC has resurfaced yet again, this time rapping over a slow, haunting track entitled "Bookfiend" from Jersey beatmaker Clams Casino. While Casino is not a household name yet, he could be very soon. The producer's carbon footprint has steadily grown since penning a couple tracks on A$AP Rocky's Long.Live.A$AP album last year and this surprising collaboration with DOOM shows that he's intent on increasing his presence. Although the term "spaced out" is a sort of catch-all phrase, Casino's ambient qualities do provide an airy but excellent background to DOOM's grinding flow. The slow BPM only adds to the MC's mystique. 2013 could be a big year for Clams and hopefully this is a sign of more to come from Metal Face.
