"Brill Bruisers" - The New Pornographers Live On David Letterman [YouTube Video]

Last week, Canadian indie rockers The New Pornographers released their sixth studio album, Brill Bruisers. Yesterday they went on The Late Show With David Letterman to play the title track from the record, check it out above.

The New Pornographers put on a rollicking performance of the song, filled with soaring hooks and '50s and '60s pop influences. During the show the band added Lindsay "Coco" Hames of Los Angeles' The Ettes as an extra harmonizer to create a dynamic six-part harmony in the chorus. "Brill Bruisers" is a jangly power pop number that will have you clapping and stomping along the whole time.
