"Chloroform (Gopher & Devin Remix) - Phoenix [Audio Single + Free Download]

Phoenix's song "Chloroform," off their 2013 album, Bankrupt! was recently remixed by French duo Gopher & Devin. This isn't the first time that song has been remixed, as Sleigh Bells did their own version last year. The Gopher & Devin track is available for free download over at Stereogum, and you can listen to it above.

Gopher & Devin create a space-age vibe for this track. It begins with a robotic spoken word intro, and transitions into atmospheric, extraterrestrial beats throughout. The song is slow and relaxed, staying pretty true to the original and highlighting Thomas Mars' tranquil vocals.
