Yesterday, Cage The Elephant released a music video for "Cigarette Daydreams," a single from their third studio album, Melophobia. The music video follows a young woman, played by the frontman Matt Shultz's wife, who is battling with an inner demon of sorts. The video, directed by Mark Pellington, has an eerie vibe and matches the melancholy feel of the song. The madness comes to an end when Shultz's wife burns her car containing the thing that was haunting her (which closely resembles herself) and then dances with her husband before the glowing flames.
