Masked Intruder's new record will be out this week, and unlike the first single, the new track they've shared sees them return to their old habits.
"Crime Spree" is the second single from M.I. and it's a catchy burst of larcenous pop-punk. Frontman Intruder Blue sings about the romantic possibilities of going on the lam over a bed of hooky riffs and Ramones-style rhythms. He also spoke with the AV Club about the song's lyrical content. “The cool thing about going on a crime spree is that you get to do a bunch of crimes in a row,” he said, “as long as the cops don’t catch you.” Check out the track above.
