Austin-based band The Young have released a video for "Cry of Tin." Watch above.

The video takes place in a storage locker -- where some bizarre things are happening -- and the band help save the day by busting a covert heist that's been going on behind closed doors. Justice is served.

According to the band's Facebook, their music is "fried rock & roll, over E-Z." Departing from their debut, they scrapped the psych-rock angle and opted for something more straightforward. "Cry of Tin" is reminiscent of '90s alternative, with whispery vocals and a killer guitar solo toward the song's end. The rest of the track is supported by a consistent bassline and backing drums, with broken up strumming that hits at all the right spots.

Chrome Cactus, their follow-up to 2012's Dub Egg, will be out August 26th. Pre-order via Matador Records. For more on The Young, check out their Tumblr.
