"Dance Apocalyptic" - Janelle Monáe [YouTube Official Video]

Just a few days ago, the Archandroid herself released the ultra-funky "Dance Apocalyptic" as the newest single from her forthcoming album, The Electric Lady - today, the song received a very entertaining video treatment! The video, directed by Wendy Morgan, is a fun albeit aptly apocalyptic themed visual. Monáe rocks out as the Electric Lady on a Soul Train-inspired show, but also plays a reporter dealing with a worldwide collapse of civilization. Her new album is due out on September 10th.
