The Daily Mail has caused another ruckus with a female singer about her wardrobe and/or life choices. Dresden Dolls singer and noted feminist Amanda Palmer performed at the recent Glastonbury festival, after which the Daily Mail published a review which neglected to mention the music she performed.

Under the headline "Making A Boob Of Herself," the British tabloid wrote a scandalized, belabored description of what Palmer's clothes did during the performance, including such choice lines as, "The singer saw her breast left on show after it escaped her bra," and "Despite suffering the embarrassing wardrobe mistake Amanda managed to rearrange her bra, before ripping her shirt completely open."

In response, Palmer stripped down and performed a hilariously scathing song entitled "Dear Daily Mail," in which she addresses the article head on. In addition to calling the publication a "misogynist pile of twats," the singer disrobes onstage after singing "If you Googled my tits in advance, you'd have found that your photos are hardly exclusive."

She also sings the line, "Your focus on debasing womens' appearances, it devolves our species as humans," which is reminiscent of the recent scandal involving Rihanna and Daily Mail columnist Liz Jones.

After cleverly addressing the tabloid's propagation of the culture of gender inequality, Palmer sums up the song quite succinctly: "Dear Daily Mail, up yours." Watch the full video above.
