America's favorite Swedish rap artist dropped a new video today, this time alongside his buddy Thaiboy Digital. The two trudge through a beautiful, snow-covered forest to the tune "Diamonds," another ambient, airy track out of the Sad Boys Entertainment camp.
Complete with trancey synths and deep bass, the slow-tempo song is a perfect example of why Yung Lean has blown up in the past couple years. The lyricism won't blow your mind, but it's certainly a pleasant listen as the auto-tuned rap effortlessly blends with the dreamy instrumental created by producer Whitearmor93.
Additionally, it is worth noting that Thaiboy Digital is currently in danger of being deported by Sweden. Yung Lean posted an online petition on Change.org in hopes that it can influence the Swedish government into letting him stay. For what it's worth, the petition is very close to hitting its 10,000 signatures mark.
