Dweezil Zappa has extended his tour plans into 2020, with a newly announced North American schedule revealed and tickets going on sale this week.
During his 2019 tour dates, Dweezil has been marking the 50th anniversary of his father's iconic Hot Rats LP by playing the album in its entirety live on tour. This week, he revealed he will continue that theme into 2020 with more concerts billed as "Hot Rats Live! + Other Hot Stuff!" Hot Rats was Frank Zappa's first album after his band The Mothers of Invention broke up, and features some of his best-known material including "Peaches En Regalia" and "Willie The Pimp." A press release explains the shows will also feature "an assortment of other psychedelic, avant-garde odd metered toe tappers well known to Zappa aficionados."
Dweezil is currently on the road as part of the Experience Hendrix Tour. After that ends later this month, he will be joined by his band for a tour through Europe and the UK in the final months of 2019.

When do Dweezil Zappa 2020 tour tickets go on sale and what is the presale code?
Tickets for his previously announced dates are now on sale. For the new shows, the general public on-sale begsins as early as October 18. Presales are currently underway for Citi cardmembers, VIP packages, Live Nation, LN Mobile App, Facebook, and local venues / radio.
The Live Nation / Ticketmaster presale password is ROCKSTAR and the LN Mobile App code is COVERT. Citi cardholders can use the presale passcode 412800, but you'll need the card to complete your purchase. Keep in mind, each date is different and details are subject to change.
