James Corden needed some help navigating the rainy streets of Los Angeles on his way to work, so who better to help him that the legendary Elton John! Above, you can watch the two in the latest "Carpool Karaoke" segment for CBS’s Late Late Show.

The entertaining car ride features Elton and James sharing stories and wearing a few costumes while singing some of The Rocket Man's most popular songs, including "Your Song," "I'm Still Standing," "Crocodile Rock," "Tiny Dancer," "Circle Of Life" (from The Lion King soundtrack), "Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me," and the new track "Looking Up."

Some of the interesting conversation is about the songwriting process behind "Your Song" with Bernie Taupin. He admits that he doesn't have a cell phone (but he does have an iPad), and he's always inspired by new music and chooses not to dwell on the past. He comments that, "Once you stop, you die." Elton also talks about his new album, Wonderful Crazy Night, and being a father to Zachary and Elijah.

Pick up Elton John's 2016 album, Wonderful Crazy Night, on Amazon, and you can also stream it on Spotify.

2016 is shaping up to be a busy year for Elton. He'll be playing a few North American gigs in March before settling down in April for a residency at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, then heading overseas to Europe and England for concerts.
