Empire of the Sun, the hyped electronic duo from Sydney, loves costumes. It's evident from the duos album covers, artistry, intense layers of makeup and stage names, Emperor Steel and Lord Littlemore, that when these guys dress to impress, they do it big.

So, it is only fitting that Empire of the Sun's next show will be more than just a performance. It will also be, according to musicexperiment.com, a costume party and concert-goers are encouraged to dress up. The theme? Cosmic Masquerade.

But not just anyone can attend the cosmic rager this Thursday in NYC. The show will be free, but the location is secret. Tickets are still available, but only to winners of creative challenges on the Music Experiment 2.0 website. Each day leading up to the show there will be a new challenge that asks fans to get creative using Facebook, Twitter, Vine or Instagram, and use their knowledge of Empire of the Sun, and their vast imaginations, to promote the performance, Music Experiment 2.0 and Ultrabook laptops. Check out the Empire of the Sun show ticket contest and enter here.

The show, set for this Thursday June 20th in NYC is the first of five summer shows announced by the website. The others will be in Los Angeles, Nashville, San Francisco and Boston. Artists and dates for these shows have not yet been announced. We assume they will also be secret.

Try your luck on Twitter, and start rummaging your closet.

While you're picking out your outfit, listen to Empire of the Sun's upcoming Ice on the Dune streaming here. The album will be available for purchase and download on June 18.
