In conjunction with the Miami Heat hosting the first two games of the NBA Finals, ESPN has done a short feature on the Miami music scene around the team. Hip-Hop artists and executives like Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Birdman, P. Diddy, Drake, Kanye West, Lil John, Flo-Rida, Pitbull, and Mic Nice are featured alongside Jimmy Buffett who calls Miami "The capital of the Caribbean".

At 4 minutes, the video is a quick watch that offers interesting insight into the role of sporting events as a place for musicians and entertainers to be entertained themselves while networking with their peers. The intimate nature of the basketball court means that when musicians sit court-side, they are very much in the public eye and engaged with the action.
