Formerly a duo, Sarah Bathel and Josh Carter brought two extra musicians to the stage, with a live drummer bolstering the songs' electronic percussion, and a keyboardist allowing Barthel and Carter to cut back on some of their onstage multitasking. Choosing two of the more upbeat tracks from Voices, Phantogram brought their A-game to late night TV, ending up with a performance that sure to please old fans and new audiences alike.
