Missouri punk trio Radkey have just released this Danzig-esque ode to forbidden love, and we're guessing that it's based on a true story. The band -- three brothers -- are still teenagers, and "Feed My Brain" is all about being hot for teacher.
The song replaces the furious pace seen in their previous work with a stoner rock groove, while riffy guitars and crooning vocals carry the song. The lyrics leave little to metaphor, but considering that it's a song about student / instructor relations, there's really no reason to. The melody, groove, and "whoooooaaa's" at the outro are infectious, and the song will be available a digital single March 4th.
Radkey will be embarking on their first headlining tour in the UK at the end of this month, kicking things off in NYC before the show, and returning just in time to play SXSW. Full dates below.
