2CELLOS have shared a live video from their hometown of Zagreb, Croatia. Watch their performance above, recorded at the beautiful Lisinski Concert Hall in June of 2015 with local musicians.

I first got to know 2CELLOS from their amazing interpretations of rock classics like AC/DC's "Thunderstruck," Jimi Hendrix's "Purple Haze" and Iron Maiden's "The Trooper." Since then, they've wowed me with their more pop-oriented covers, like Avicii's "Wake Me Up" and Michael Jackson's "They Don't Care About Us."

Here, Luka Sulic and Stjepan Hauser bring their phenomenal talent to a more classical tune. "Gabriel's Oboe" is the main theme from The Mission Soundtrack by Ennio Morricone. In 1986 it was nominated for the Best Original Score Academy Award but lost out to Herbie Hancock's excellent Round Midnight, and in 2011 the American Film Institute chose The Mission as the 23rd best film score of all time. This performance is truly exceptional.
