"Girls" - The 1975 [YouTube Official Music Video]

The 1975 are blowing up as a pop-rock sensation with infectious danceable grooves and glittery pop sounds. The official music video for "Girls" is fun, with lots of eye candy. Beautiful women in sexy lingerie are mainly what I'm talking about, but there's also very cool lighting and set design, and those guitars and amps are also pretty dang cool to a rock music nerd like me. It should also be noted that even though the women are scantily clad, if you pay attention to each scene you can see maturity and complexity beyond the typical music video cliché that objectifies women as purely sex objects.

Musically, The 1975 are crafting their own sound that's clean, up-tempo, and energetic. There's something really cool about Matthew Healy's vocal approach, and the whole band really plays together well with subtle melodic things happening all over the place. The drums are really strong and bouncy, and mesh perfectly with what everyone else is doing. There's also a funny skit in the beginning where the guys explain that they're not really a pop band.
