The Growlers on La Blogothèque "Take Away Show" [YouTube Video]

The Growlers appeared on La Blogothèque's Take Away Show to prove that they can put on just as good a show when they're lying on the street as when they're lost in space. The California band played through acoustic versions of "Gay Thoughts," "Monotonia," and "Tell It How It Is." The video is a close-shot romp through a staggering street performance, in which they dance with strangers and lie on the concrete with dogs. The sound is totally unprocessed, as opposed to their usual reverb-drenched tone, so it's a nice change of pace from an already awesome band.
