Very exciting news to report. BadBadNotGood and Wu-Tang Clan's Ghostface Killah are working on an album together called Sour Soul, set to be released on February 16, 2015 on Lex Records. Listen to their brand new song, "Gunshowers," above via YouTube. The song also features a verse from "Detroit's Best Kept Secret," underground rapper Elzhi.

Much like Ghostface Killah's 2013 album produced by Adrian Younge, Twelve Reasons To Die, the backing track has a '70s funky soul vibe. His vocal prowess is legendary, and he continues to build on his legacy as he refers back to classic work like Supreme Clientele. Elzhi's verse is also strong, reinforcing classic hard rap that should get Wu-Tang fans bobbing their heads.

BadBadNotGood and Ghostface first worked together on "Rivers of Blood" from The Man With The Iron Fists soundtrack in 2012. Earlier this year, they also collaborated on "Six Degrees" with Danny Brown.

It's worth noting that this "Gunshowers" track shouldn't be confused with the song of the same name on the Wu-Massacre album that Ghostface did with Method Man and Raekwon in 2010.

Right now, the album isn't even available for pre-order yet. Check Ghostface Killah and BadBadNotGood's Zumic artist pages for their latest music, info, and tour dates.
