"Head On" - Man Man [YouTube Official Lyric Video]

Wild-ass, experimental Philadelphia band Man Man added to the recent trend of fantastic lyric videos (check out Vampire Weekend's recent videos for "Step" and "Ya Hey" for a couple of great examples) by recently sharing the excellent video for the surprisingly heartfelt "Head On":

"Head On" is an impressive and unexpectedly sweet and heartfelt track from frontman Honus Honus and company, who've made their bones more by blowing minds than winning hearts. Underneath all the craziness the band exudes what sometimes gets lost is the undeniable talent of the group and the songwriting skill of Honus Honus, so it's nice to see that side of the band showcased here.

The video itself is pretty perfect for both the tune and the band as it features black and white footage from B-movies of years past that syncs up with what is occurring in the lyrics throughout the song. Even the font used to show the lyrics is great as it's instantly recognizable from the posters of old drive-in horror movies like The 50 Foot Woman, or something equally as so-bad-it's-kinda-good.
