Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks, the husband-and-wife duo behind the Tedeschi Trucks Band, have released a live acoustic version of "It's So Heavy," a song from their latest album Made Up Mind, which was released on August 20th. The video captures the stripped-down performance, which took place in the back of their tour bus. The cramped conditions certainly don't affect the quality of the music: Trucks provides soulful slide guitar accompaniment while Tedeschi belts out the song's poignant lyrics.
