Herbie Hancock on Miles Davis and Jimi Hendrix
The interviews are short, but the information is great! Herbie Hancock is candid in telling a story of jamming at Miles' house once upon a time. Apparently, Miles played just a little bit with Herbie and the rest of the band before leaving them to play by themselves. Herbie found out much later that Miles was listening from another room via intercom. He left them alone because he knew they would be nervous if he was in the room with them.
He also hints at what can be expected from the upcoming tour with fellow jazz / fusion pianist Chick Corea. One of the juiciest tidbits is that the duo will be incorporating synthesizers into their set.
