The second volume of music from HBO's Boardwalk Empire is set to be released September 3, featuring an all-star line-up of singers performing songs from the 1920s and 30s. Now, you can hear Matt Berninger, singer of The National, performing the 1925 hit, "I'll See You in My Dreams," backed by Vince Giordano & the Nighthawks. Berninger sounds perfectly at home singing the vintage jazz song, which may surprise some people, due to The National's rock inclinations. Give it a listen, and let the song take you back to the 1920s.
