It's been awhile since Janelle Monae's eclectic debut The ArchAndroid was released in 2010, but she's been finding her way back to the spotlight as of late. First she appeared on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon to perform the Hendrix classic "Little Wing" with The Roots, and now comes the announcement of her second album The Electric Lady.

In addition to the album announcement, Monae let it be known that the lead single to the record will feature none other than Erykah Badu. The collaboration, entitled "Q.U.E.E.N." will be released on April 22nd.
