Justin Bieber is back to his thuggish "Biebervelli" ways again, allegedly having his bodyguards choke a photographer in Miami. The paparazzi photographer, Jeffrey Binion, states that Bieber and his crew, consisting of Lil Za, Lil Twist, and two bodyguards, were photographed by him outside a recording studio. Binion says he was then threatened if he did not delete the photos. According to him, the threats went from verbal to physical, as Lil Twist encouraged Lil Za to take the camera.

Things got even worse, as one of the bodyguards allegedly made gun threats. The camera was finally taken during the conflict once Binion was put into a choke hold.

The evil ways of Bieber's alter ego, "Biebervelli," have now landed him a lawsuit, as a result of the incident. The paparazzo claims he was physically hurt, as well as suffering mental anguish. Neither Bieber nor his representatives have spoke on the claims being made. But according to TMZ, the singer has asked the judge for his deposition to remain private from the public eye.
