With two tracks already released and projections popping up all over the U.S. the anticipation for Kanye's Yeezus is getting palpable. June 18th just can't come fast enough for Ye fans who, for a short time, could find a bit of solace in excitedly pre-ordering the album on iTunes. The pre-order option has now been taken down.

Jean Touitou, a close friend of West's who worked with him on the Yeezus, tweeted the above image this week and announced West's decision not to have pre-orders available for this album.

The image Touitou tweeted may also feature the official album cover, but nothing has been confirmed. Previous leaked images of the cover featured a similar image, but with a melted golden statue, possibly a Jesus piece, in the center. Now it seems like there is no cover at all.

Maybe Ye will release another track in the next few weeks to tide us over, but I'm not holding my breath. In the meantime you can get pumped watching West's performances of "Black Skinhead" and "New Slaves" on Saturday Night Live below.

June 18th is also the release date for J. Cole's Born Sinner, Statik Selektah's Extended Play and Mac Miller's Watching Movies With The Sound Off. Don't forget to bring your headphones to work.
