Last Thursday, Virginia metal band Lamb of God invaded The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City with Behemoth and Slayer for a night of aggressive head-banging. As one of the two groups opening for Slayer, LOG proved their rightful place alongside the metal mainstays. Thousands of fans squeezed onto the floor to throw up the devil horns and shout along to songs such as "Now You've Got Something to Die For" and "Walk With Me in Hell."
With Randy Blythe on vocals, Mark Morton and Willie Adler on guitar, John Campbell on bass, and Chris Adler on drums, LOG delivered a punishing 10-song set filled with relentless energy. The band treated their fans to songs from albums such as As the Palaces Burn, Ashes of the Wake, Sacrament, and their most recent LP, VII: Sturm und Drang.

The group is currently performing along the West Coast and will wrap up their touring schedule at the end of the month. For more information about tour dates and news, check out the Lamb of God Zumic artist page. More pictures from the night are below.
