This is the story of life, love, and family.

Above is a cute, animated video for the song "Let's Get High" from Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. The video was conceived, produced, and animated by Brendan Huza, who was the selected winner from the Genero.tv / themagneticzeros contest. The band teamed up with Genero to give fans the opportunity to make a music video for any song off their new self-titled album. The entries had to be submitted before October 24, 2013. The overall winner received $5,000 and two runners-up were awarded $1,000.

The black and white video is a classic tale. Young boy meets young girl, they fall in love, go on adventures together, get married, have children, and grow old together. The song compliments the video with a jingly, upbeat tempo carried with Alex Ebert's raspy, cheerful vocals. The story / video takes a dramatic turn halfway through and gets very emotional until the end. It's a story about how the people we love play a role in our lives and how memories together live on in our hearts.

The new self-titled album is available now on iTunes and Amazon. The group is currently on a tour through Europe til mid - May and you can check out the dates on the Tour Page.
