Harlem rapper Loaded Lux showed up to Sway in the Morning today to promote his new mixtape You Gon' Get This Work (available for download here). As is customary for guests on Sway's show, Lux got the chance to kick some freestyles, but there was an added twist this time: Detroit producer extraordinaire Black Milk showed up to supply some beats for Lux, and the two guys' chemistry was undeniable. The results even had Sway half-kidding about creating an EP from the show's audio.

Over the course of his lyrical odyssey, Lux references Clueless, Foxy Brown, and his childhood aversion to broccoli, all prompting Sway to declare that "wack rappers... can go watch this over and over again so you can learn how to rap correctly."

The fact that Sway, who witnesses dozens of freestyles from marquee rappers per week, was so wowed by this performance should be enough to cement Loaded Lux as a "big deal" in the Hip Hop world. Stay tuned for his collaborative EP with Black Milk (we hope).
