Legendary rock n' roller Lou Reed was rushed to the hospital in Long Island yesterday, just 10 days after Reed performed publicly for the first time since his lifesaving liver transplant in May.

The NY Post reports that Reed was "rushed to the emergency room at Southampton Hospital from his East Hampton home shortly before 7 a.m. following an emergency call for an adult male suffering from dehydration." Thankfully, "everything's fine," according to a phone call with a woman who was in Reed's unit.

More news to come on his progress. In the meantime, we at Zumic wish Lou a speedy recovery.
