Metallica Add 2018-2019 Tour Dates: Ticket Presale Code & On-Sale Info

"Gimme fuel, gimme fire, gimme that which I desire!"

Next month, Metallica is scheduled to perform at the Austin City Limits festival, before embarking on a North American tour lasting from October of 2018 until March of 2019. 

Now, the legendary group has added a leg of tour dates from May through August in Europe.  The opening acts on these European concerts will be Ghost and Bokassa, and tickets go on sale later this week.

When do Metallica 2018-2019 tour tickets go on sale and what is the presale code?

The general public on-sale begins as early as September 28, 2018 at 10 am local time.

Presales for Legacy Member and Fifth Member will begin on September 25.  American Express cardmember, Spotify, Live Nation, Ticketmaster, and local venues / radio presales will follow.  American Express cardholders can use the presale password INGOLD, but you'll need an AmEx card to complete your purchase.  The Live Nation code for September is BESTNIGHT.
