On Halloween of 2009, Gov't Mule played a Rolling Stones tribute concert, including a memorable version of the song "Monkey Man." Gov't Mule's version of the classic is packed with memorable solos, Warren Haynes' southern grit, and the crowd's excitement of witnessing a truly unique performance. What was previously only available via and the Stoned Side Of The Mule limited edition Record Store Day vinyl release, is now available to stream on YouTube.

Gov't Mule's Stoned Side of the Mule Vol. 1 was a Record Store Day release last year, and Vol. 2 will be a Record Store Day release come April 18th, 2015. However, the Stoned Side of the Mule Vol. 1+2 package is available as a UK pre-order, so if you want to avoid the Record Store Day crowd and don't mind the exchange rate, you can purchase that here.

This is all part of a large string of archival releases from The Mule. They've done Dark Side of the Mule, Sco-Mule and also have Dub Side of the Mule set for release on April 14, 2015.
