Dawes have released a music video for the song "Most People" from their 3rd album Stories Don't End.
It's an intimate look at the band on the road. We see Dawes playing for a packed concert hall, setting up before the concert, signing autographs, mingling with fans, recording in the studio, and doing a live acoustic performance at a radio station. The things that pretty much every up-and-coming rock band is doing to get themselves out there and connect with people. The "road warrior" lifestyle is a big part of what it takes to be an American rock band.
"Most People" is a really beautiful song. It's a mellow rocker with a slow groove that really connects with the day-to-day of your typical American. Personally, I love the positive albeit bittersweet message and tone in the lyrics. The guitars and drums sound great, too. Dawes continues the legacy of '70s era folk-rock with exceptional songwriting and musicianship.
