"Mr. Wright" - The Claypool Lennon Delirium [YouTube Official Audio Stream] | Zumic

The funky duo of Les Claypool and Sean Lennon have come together to form a new project, The Claypool Lennon Delirium. Today, they've shared the second single from their upcoming debut album, The Monolith of Phobos. Listen to "Mr. Wright" above, via YouTube.

The song is just about as strange as you would expect it to be. It's full of Claypool's hypnotic slap bass riffs and Lennon's psychedelic guitar playing. Sound effects color the track, as Les's unique vocal delivery carries the tune.

Earlier this year, the duo shared their first single, "Cricket And The Genie," when it was announced they would be performing at Bonnaroo. This second single comes with the news that they'll be embarking on an extended North American tour together this summer and more information about the album release.
