Puscifer released a new music video for the song "Toma," which is off their 2011 release Conditions of My Parole. Check it out above.

While Tool fans wait reluctantly for the follow up to 2006's 10,000 Days, the enigmatic frontman Maynard James Keenan remains busy with his project Puscifer. The video for "Toma," is a bizarre but funny story of a Mexican lucha-libre (spanish for wrestler) preparing for a fight of the ages. The video was shot and directed by Tim Cadiente, and featured The Flying Caliente Brothers. There's also cameos from Jacob Vargas and Clifton Collins, Jr., the duo known for their performance in the "Tijuana Cops" segments in 2007's National Lampoon's TV: The Movie. The video premiered today via Rolling Stone's website.

For those unfamiliar, Puscifer is a side-project Maynard started well in the early days of Tool, where it was first publicized as a fictional band in the first episode of HBO's Mr. Show. The episode included Maynard and Tool guitarist Adam Jones. Over time it became a unique project that creates music and short films like this.

For Tool, A Perfect Circle, and Puscifer fans alike, you should not expect anything less from the mind of Maynard. He is an artistic genius who has never yielded to showcase his skills in such high fashion and regard. Let's just hope after this messy lawsuit that has stalled the creation of the highly anticipated Tool album, we will see more of Maynard and his artistic prowess soon.
