Experimental hip hop trio Death Grips have given us a new video in the form of "Inanimate Sensation." The track will appear on their upcoming release Jenny Death - part two of their double album The Powers That B.
"Inanimate Sensation" is a bombastic, cacophonous atom smasher that is sure to melt your brain. The combination of drummer Zach Hill's noisy, industrial beats and MC Ride's near-psychotic lyrical onslaught make for a truly unique piece of hip hop. The music video plays on a jumbotron that's crashed through a basketball court, and features MC Ride performing amidst trippy visuals, all directed by the band.
Part one, Niggas On The Moon, was released earlier this year. Icelandic singer Björk contributes her vocal talents, which the band use as samples that appear on every track of the release. You can stream Niggas On The Moon or download it for free right here at Zumic.
