Marijuana legalization has been a hot topic in the news lately, and Disturbed aren't afraid to show their appreciation for the sweet leaf. Above, you can listen to the band's new single, "Fire It Up," from their upcoming album, Immortalized.
Fittingly enough, the track opens up with the sounds of a bong hit. Lyrics confessing the need to "fire it up" (to feel like serenity) are supported by pounding drums, heavy guitar, and thick bass. The lyric video is awash in psychedelic colors as marijuana leaves float around, perhaps to enhance the viewers mood if they just sparked up.
Previously the band has shared the official music video for "The Vengeful One" and the official lyric video for "Immortalized."
Pick up Immortalized on Amazon (Vinyl, CD, MP3). It's set for an August 21 release date.
