Updated on November 30, 2015: Music Video replaced the Lyric Video.

International superstar DJ Avicii has shared an official music video for "Broken Arrows," which will be on his upcoming sophomore album, Stories. Watch it above, via YouTube.

"Broken Arrows" has an uplifting beat, and the energetic vocals from Zac Brown mix naturally to the song's driving rhythm. Bridging elements of modern country with EDM, it's a track that fans of both genres can enjoy.

The accompanying video tells a story inspired by true events of a former world class high jumper being inspired by a younger girl to turn his life around and get back in shape. After doing so, he accomplishes a great victory in the 1968 World Championship. For those curious, the real athlete's name is Richard Douglas "Dick" Fosbury.

"Broken Arrows" is the sixth track from Avicii's album, Stories, officially released on October 2, 2015. Pick the LP up on Amazon (Vinyl, CD, MP3). You can stream the album and read our review here on Zumic.

This is the fourth single from the album, following "Waiting for Love" (with Simon Aldred of Cherry Ghost) "Pure Grinding" (with Kristoffer Fogelmark, Albin Nedler and Earl Johnson) and "For a Better Day" (with Alex Ebert of Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros).
