Florence + The Machine's latest video "Delilah" from their 2015 release, How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful is profound, dark, and captivating, with some intense choreography to boot. Check it out above, via YouTube.

"You think you have lost your faith. You have not. You have only misplaced your faith," explains an old man to rocker Florence Welch at the beginning of "Delilah." This haunting music video features some starkly religious imagery, showing Florence praying violently up and down, pulsing and shaking her way through a frightening apartment complex filled with mysterious lovers and a doppelgänger. At one point, we even see Satan hoover menacingly over Florence.

The title of the song is a reference to the biblical story of Samson and Delilah, which is visually represented when we see Florence cut a man's hair while he is kneeling at the foot of her bed.

"Delilah" is the sixth installment of Florence's "The Odyssey" series which outlines the narrative of her "emotional odyssey." Directed by Vincent Haycock, "The Odyssey" series has also been the vehicle for releasing video singles from How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful.

The song is powerful and well-crafted, starting out intimately with just voice and piano before building into the full-fledged rock arrangement of the song's climax.

How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful is available on Amazon (Vinyl, CD, MP3).
