Cage The Elephant fans rejoice! The band has shared a new single, "Mess Around," and an accompanying music video with it. Check it out above, via the band's YouTube.

The song has a fun energy about it, driven by fuzzed out guitar riffs, swirling sound effects, and an infectious chorus. This is the first new music we've heard from Cage The Elephant since guitarist Lincoln Parish left the band in late 2013.

The video feels like you're watching a fairytale story come to life, complete with witches, a stagecoach, and a giant frog. The clips are from the Lobster Films Collection, who deal with film restoration. Credit for the films is given to Georges Méliès, a French filmmaker who was an important figure in the early days of cinema.

"Mess Around" is the band's first single from their upcoming album, Tell Me I'm Pretty, which was produced by Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys. Pick it up on Amazon (Vinyl, CD). It's set for a December 18, 2015 release.
