The segment kicks off with the band giving a brief introduction before talking about how they switched from being a 2-piece to a 4-piece. They realized they needed a bassist and drummer to play gigs, and discussed how drummer Amber Grimbergen was recruited. The band won the 2014 Make Noise Malasaña festival contest, and the prize they received was the opportunity to record in an expensive Berlin studio, which was their first experience doing so. There were challenges in the process, such as the language barrier.

They briefly talk about their 2015 EP, Very Best of Hinds so Far, before going into a performance of "Bamboo." After the song, they talk about their name change from Deers to Hinds due to there already being a Montreal band with a similar name. They chose the new name because it is what a female deer that is older than three is referred to. After a lighthearted conversation about animals, the band segues into a discussion about another Madrid band called The Parrots.

"Garden," the lead track from the band's upcoming full-length debut, Leave Me Alone, follows. Then they discuss the difficulties of making the album. They talk about why they chose to write their lyrics in English instead of Spanish, partly because it was easier. At the request of their host, the band tells a joke before sharing their favorite bands and influences, which include Mac Demarco, Ty Segall, Black Lips, Glass Animals, King Tuff, Twin Peaks, and more. The segment ends with the band picking "In The Mood" from Glenn Miller as a guest DJ pick.

Pick up Leave Me Alone, on Amazon. It's set to be released on January 8, 2016.
