In case you missed the news last week, Iggy Pop has formed a new band with Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme. They shared one single last week, "Gardenia," and today have shared a second one from the upcoming album, Post Pop Depression. Listen to "Break Into Your Heart" above, and below you can watch the band perform it as a web exclusive for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

The song is a moody blues rocker that perfectly suits Iggy's haunting vocals, and blends a dark vibe within its rhythm. Hints of a Queens of the Stone Age sound can be heard, which should come as no surprise since Homme lends lead guitar playing. It's a less aggressive direction that Iggy is choosing to follow with his music, which fans may or may not like. We'll reserve judgement until we hear the album.

Post Pop Depression will be released on March 18, 2016. Pick it up on Amazon.
