The immortal Iggy Pop has given us another taste of what to expect from his upcoming album, Post Pop Depression. Listen to the smooth new track "Sunday" above, via YouTube.

Steady drums with a disco feel and swirling bass riffs hold down the song for Iggy's spoken word vocals and Josh Homme's guitar playing. Female vocalists occasionally join in, and the track winds down with calming orchestral playing. It's an interesting tune, colored with a distinct sound that Pop and Homme have skillfully created.

Other songs that Iggy has shared from the new album are "Break Into Your Heart" and "Gardenia."

Post Pop Depression is scheduled to be released on March 18, 2016. It was produced by Queens of the Stone Age's Josh Homme. Pick it up on Amazon.

Iggy and Josh have also scheduled 2016 world tour dates in support of the upcoming LP. For more information about that, as well as Iggy's latest music and news, check out his Zumic artist page.
